I abandon waiting honestly, i probably won't have long to live and the author still hasn't made any sings of coming back, i hope she's alright tho, and i hope she can finish this game for all the waiting souls out there since i apparently won't be here to witness it, shame this was the most interesting WIP i've ever come across

Oh, i just hope i'll be able to play it and thank you for your concern, my doctor said i might have ischaemic heart disease, honestly i am afraid of finding out, but i'll need to soon enough, so that's why i probably won't live long to witness it, anyway, life's too short to waste
Im sorry, it sucks that you're going through health stuff. I empathize with having to go through a lot of health scares since I have chronic illnesses while having health anxiety and health phobias.
I hope I'm not being a busybody but--If nobody has told you yet, you'll be okay no matter what happens. You'll be okay and you'll figure out new ways to tackle this with your doctor. Don't jump to the immediate scary thoughts. Also something that helps me is writing out questions and answering them. It calms my health nerves. Ex: "what are you afraid of?", "Is that fear grounded in my current reality?", "Am I currently safe?", "What can't I control right now?", "What DO I have control over at this moment?".
I hope you'll get some good news and heal up asap so you can read more IFs! I'm cheering you on! ❤️
This was honestly the most encouraging and comforting words I have heard in a while, believe me when I tell you that this is all I needed to keep going through this, and you're right I might not be at my best right now, but I'll manage I'll find a way to get through this hopefully and I think the key to actually doing that is finding out whether I have it or not, I've been so scared for a really long while to find out and honestly I think I just need to face it no matter what life throws at me I just wish I had a shoulder to cry on, and I hope you are doing well yourself, and you're right again life is too short I have so many IF's download it and I was just too depressed to actually get to playing them, but I think I might actually get back to them because your words really gave me the strength to keep pushing through my day so thank you so much friend, i wish you the best 💚

Btw Tumblr has this feature called Kokobot where you can anonymously vent/ talk about problems and worries and have the support of many people responding to you. Only positive comments are allowed and it honestly made me feel tons better. You also have the option to help others if you can. I highly recommend checking it out if you have a Tumblr acc! :)
Also I'm in full support of you doing things that make you happy. I think discovering small things that calm you down and going back to them when you feel stressed can be helpful. Like yoga, tea, weighted blankets, comfort foods/shows, games, books.

I'm relaying a message for everyone that's curious, I messaged the author about the games progress and they've said they don't plan to drop the game, rather re-vamp it into a smaller project.
Totally not strange. I'd say it's typical and predictable.
I've been following IFs community for a long time and I see that about 95% of authors disappear without a word after some time. I suppose it's because they are beginners who were excited to make the game, but when difficulties arise their enthusiasm fades. I kind of understand them and respect that they tried (creating interactive game is damn hard thing imo), but annoys me that hardly anyone deigns to inform fans they are giving up the project. It's not right if they made their WIPs public and found followers.
so i got to the part where is ask me to either walk around the temp or do chores and i chose do chores then it said " thats it for now" in orange witch mean you can push to to go to the next page but it wouldint let me so now im need to know if thats a glitch or the end of the demo and god i feel like an idiot for asking this question
interesting start. made me scream im devastation when i got to the end bc i wanted more. i really like how the world is set up. i am curious where this will go.
Oh this was quite interesting, especially with the world building around it. It's got a good start and though it's pretty early (from the demo) to tell how it'll shape itself up to be, but so far it's pretty promising especially with the reactions of MC. Looking forward to see how the rest of Chapter 1 pans out! Goodluck with the development and take care~!
